摘要
瘢痕疙瘩是整形外科常见的棘手问题之一,其发病机制十分复杂,治疗非常困难、目前,治疗瘢痕疙瘩的方法较多,包括手术、激光、放疗、冷疗、药物注射等,其中以手术结合放疗应用最为广泛,且疗效最为显著。为了了解手术结合放疗在国内外的研究进展,提高该疗法的临床应用效果,笔者遂将近5年内国内外应用手术结合放疗治疗瘢痕疙瘩的研究进展予以综述,以期为瘢痕疙瘩的进一步治疗提供参考。
Keloid is a thorny issue for plastic surgery. The pathogenesis of this refractory disease is very complex. Currently, there are many methods to treat keloid, including surgery, laser, radiotherapy, cold therapy, drug injection, etc. Among them, surgery combined with radiotherapy is the most widely used one with best clinical efficacy. In order to understand the research progress of surgery combined with radiotherapy and improve the clinical effect of the therapy, the author reviewed research progress of keloid treatments using surgery combined with radiotherapy at home and abroad in re- cent five years, so as to provide a reference for further treatment of keloid.
