摘要 目的 探讨肺癌染色体畸变情况。方法 用细胞遗传学方法检测 5 0例肺癌、2 0例肺良性病变、2 0例健康人外周血以及 5 5例肺癌组织标本的染色体变化。结果  32 %肺癌患者外周血有染色体畸变 (16 / 5 0 ) ,染色体畸变与临床分期密切相关 ,Ⅰ、Ⅱ期肺癌染色体畸变较少、发生率较低 (10 .7% ,3/ 2 8) ,中晚期肺癌的染色体畸变发生率明显增加 (5 9.1% ,P <0 .0 0 1) ,而 2 0例肺良性病变和正常人未发现有明显的染色体畸变。 2 3例肺癌组织标本核型分析成功 ,全部均有明显的染色体异常 ,表现为异倍体 ,有 4个染色体亚区、亚带的变化被发现。 1例非典型类癌的核型分析未发现明显的染色体异常。结论 不同类型肺癌染色体异常存在着多样性。外周血淋巴细胞染色体畸变率与肺癌临床分期密切相关 。 Objective To study chromosomal aberration in human lung cancer. Methods The chromosomal variety in peripheral blood was examined in 50 patients with lung cancer,20 patients with benign pulmonary lesion, and 20 healthy persons by traditional cell genetics method. The chromosomal variety of lung cancer cells was also examined in 55 cases with lung cancer. Results The abnormalities of count and structure of chromosome in peripheral blood were showed in 32% patients with pulmonary carcinoma. The incidence rate of chromosomal aberration was 10.7% at Stages Ⅰ&Ⅱ, 59.1% at the intermediate and advanced stages. There was significantly difference between the two different stages( P <0.001). There wasn't obvious chromosomal aberration in the patients with benign pulmonary lesion and the healthy persons. The karyotyping analysis was successful made in 23 cases of lung cancer, heteroploid was observed in all of 32 cases, and some changes in the subregion and subband was discovered in 4 chromosomes. Conclusion Chromosomal aberration in different type of lung cancer shows obvious variety, the incidence of chromosomal aberration in peripheral lymphocyte is associated with the stages of lung cancer, the analysis of chromosomal aberration may be useful in diagnosis of lung cancer.
