为了更好地解决软件项目在测试中存在的问题,确保软件产品质量,在测试过程中引入敏捷测试的思路和方法。通过对敏捷测试的核心思路和关键法则的研究,提出了敏捷测试在软件测试中的应用流程和方法。该方法以测试驱动开发为主,传统测试手段为辅,符合敏捷开发中以用户需求为核心的理念,同时将开发过程中的周期性迭代方式更好地表现出来。通过敏捷测试在软件项目中的实践,总结出了敏捷测试的主要优势。

In order to solve the problems in the software project testing and also to ensure the quality of the software product, introduced the agile testing to the test process. By researching on the core principles and key rules of the agile testing, proposed application flow and methodology in new software testing. This new methodology mainly uses test-driven development along with the test method. It suites the idea of focusing on the user requirements in agile method, and at the same time, it shows periodic iterations of development. Through practicing the agile testing in software project, summarized the main advantages of the agile testing method.
