社会工作视角下医养结合新型养老服务模式研究——以兰州市为例

Research on New Nursing Service Model of Combining Medical Care with Pension Service from the Perspective of Social Work——A Case Study of Lanzhou City

人口老龄化进程的加快,老年人的养老与医疗双重叠加需求日益突出,医养结合新型养老服务模式应运而生。本文从社会工作视角出发,通过分析兰州市医养结合养老服务的发展现状和存在问题,明确社会工作者参与的角色定位,提出相应的完善建议,以期提高老年人的养老水平。

With the accelerated process of population aging, the old people＇s pension and medical demand is in urgent need, and the model of combining medical care with new pension service comes into being. From the perspective of the social work, this paper, taking Lanzhou city as an example, first analyzes the connotation, the way of implementation and the difficulties in new nursing serve model of combining medical care with pension service, then makes clear the role of social workers in this model and puts forward some improvement suggestions in order to improve pension service for the elder.
