Understanding the Supply-side Reform from Two Economic Paradigms——A Review of Relevant Literature

基于学术界的研究文献,总结了从马克思主义政治经济学和西方经济学角度对供给侧结构性改革进行理论分析的思路和观点。在关于结构性改革的分析上,马克思主义政治经济学具有天然的优势,因此我国的供给侧结构性改革的研究,必须坚持以中国特色社会主义政治经济学为指导。同时必须从实际出发,既要充分考察我国的传统和国情,也要特别重视现实的需要;既要符合中国的实践,也要注重吸收其他发展中国家及发达国家的经验和教训。

Based on the research literature, this paper summarizes the ideas and perspectives of theoretical analysis of sup- ply-side reform from the perspective of Marxist political economics and western economics. In the analysis of structural reform, Marxist political economics has a natural advantage, so the research on the supply-side reform in China must be guided by the political economics with Chinese characteristics. Meanwhile, based on reality, the traditional and national conditions must he fully examined, and the needs in reality must he paid special attention to. In implementing the reform, it is necessary to meet the practice of China, and also focus on absorbing experiences and lessons from other developing and developed countries.
