团干部队伍结构优化与共青团改革——关于挂兼职团干部选拔、管理改革的一些思考

优化团干部队伍的结构,是共青团组织更好地深入青年、凝聚青年的重要途径。上海共青团推进挂兼职团干部选拔管理工作,努力优化团干部队伍结构,加强团干部队伍建设。调研显示,挂兼职团干部对当前工作岗位的满意度较高,为团工作带来了新的思维方法、工作方式和各方面资源,在进一步密切团青关系方面发挥了积极作用。在共青团改革不断深化的过程中,必须持续推进挂兼职团干部选拔管理改革,完善相关制度,保持和强化挂兼职团干部的优势与活力。

Optimizing the structure of CYL cadre team is an important way for the Communist Youth League to better engage in youth development and unite youth. The Shanghai Communist Youth League promotes the recruitment and management of titular cadres and part-time CYL cadres to optimize the structure of the cadre team and strengthen its construction. Researches show these cadres are satisfied with their work,and they bring new thinking modes,working methods and various resources to the Communist Youth League,thus playing a positive role in further building closer relations between the CYL and the youth. In the process of deepening the reform of the Communist Youth League,the reform of the selection and management of titular cadres and part-time cadres must be promoted continuously,the related systems must be improved ceaselessly,and the advantages and vitality of these cadres must be maintained and intensified constantly.
