面向东盟的来津留学生招生与管理策略研究

On the Enrollment and Management of Overseas Students from ASEAN

东盟国家是来津留学生主要生源地,合理开发东盟市场,对于推动来津留学事业持续健康发展,提高天津市乃至全国高职教育国际化水平具有深远的意义。本文以东盟国家作为主要研究对象,调研东盟来津留学生的现状,综合分析东盟学生选择留学目的地、目标院校等方面因素,提出面向东盟国家的来津留学生的招生策略与建议。

ASEAN countries are the main sources of overseas students coming to Tianjin. Rationally expanding this market is of great significance not only for the sustainable development of Tianjin＇s overseas students＇ education, but also for the educational internationalization of Tianjin and even the whole country. A study about the present situation of some ASEAN students in Tianjin has been carried out by the author of this paper. After a comprehensive analysis of the factors that can influence international students＇ choices of place and schools, this paper put forward some strategies to deal with the enrollment and management of the students from ASEAN countries.
