摘要 目的优选玄麦甘桔含片浸膏真空低温连续干燥工艺。方法在单因素实验的基础上,选择进料速度、加热区温度、履带速度3个因素,以水分、哈巴俄苷、甘草酸含量的综合评分为考察指标,采用3因素3水平Box-Behnken实验设计优选玄麦甘桔含片浸膏的干燥工艺参数。结果优选干燥工艺参数为进料速度18.04 L/h,加热区温度分别为87.5℃+87.5℃+82.5℃,履带速度为13.8 cm/min,在此条件下,玄麦甘桔含片干膏水分为2.97%,哈巴俄苷含量为60μg/片,甘草酸含量为1.8 mg/片,综合评分为95.34,RSD=1.3%。结论优选的干燥工艺稳定可行,适用于工业化生产。 Objective To optimize the best drying process of Xuanmaiganjie extracts.Methods A threefactor and three-level Box-Behnken experimental design is employed to optimize the drying technology of the extract from Xuanmaiganjie Tablets on the base of single factor experiments.Feeding rate,heating temperature,and crawler speed are selected as the main factors,with composite score of moisture content,habazide and glycyrrhizinate content is used to optimize the vacuum belt drying process.Results Optimal parameters are as follows:The feeding rate is 18.04 L/h,the heating temperature is 87.5℃+87.5℃+82.5℃,the speeding of belt is 13.8 cm/min.Under these conditions,moisture content of dry extract is 2.97%,the content of habazide is 60 μg per tablet and glycyrrhizinate content is 1.8 mg per tablet.The composite score is 95.34,RSD=1.3%.Conclusion The condition optimized by response surface methodology is stable and reasonable,which applicable to industrial production.
