数据挖掘三位中医儿科专家对小儿脑系疾病的用药规律

A Data-mining Study of Three Pediatrics of Chinese Medicine Experts' Experience in the Treatment of Brain Disease

目的运用数据挖掘方法,探索马融、王仲英、张家维三位中医名家辨治小儿脑系疾病的用药规律。方法电子检索CNKI、万方、SinoMed及维普数据库中三位专家诊治小儿脑系疾病的用方,用"中医传承辅助平台V2.5"软件进行分析。结果纳入15条方,共93味中药,5味高频中药依次为甘草、天麻、陈皮、全蝎、胆南星,常用药物组合19对,核心药物关联性网络药物为天麻、胆南星、陈皮、茯苓、甘草、全蝎、钩藤、川芎、半夏、白芍,中药四气以温为主,五味以甘辛为主,主要归肝脾心经,新方组合15条。结论小儿脑病辨治从心肝入手,法以息风止痉、涤痰通络,方以定痫丸加减。

Abctract： Objective To analyze the prescription experience of MA Rong,WANG Zhong-ying and ZHANG Jia-wei in treating pediatric brain dareease（PBD） by data-ming.Methods Electronic retrieval of CNKI,Wan Fang,SinoMed and VIP database,then extract the prescriptions of PBD treated by three pediatric experts.The data are analyzed by the Traditional Chinese Medicine inheritance support system（TCMAre S）.Results A total of 15 prescriptions,including 93 kinds of herbs,are analyzed.A few drugs,such as Gancao（Glycyrrhiza uralensare Farech）,Tianma（Gastrodia elata Bl）,Chenpi（Pericarpium citri Reticulatae）,Quanxie（Scorpio） and Dannanxing（Arareaema cum Bile） are most frequently used by three pediatric experts.19 herbs are commonly combination together.Tianma,Dannanxing,Chenpi,Fuling（Wolfiporia cocos）,Gancao,Quanxie,Gouteng [Uncaria rhynchophylla（Miq.）Miq.ex Havil],Chuanxiong（Rhizoma Chuanxiong）,Banxia [Pinellia ternata（Thunb.） Breit.],and Baarehao（White Paeony Root） are in the core drugs correlation network.The taste of Chinese herbs are given priority to with warming,gan,xin.The channels are mainly belong to liver spleen and heart.At the same time,15 other drug combinations are excavated.Conclusion Three pediatricians treating PBD from heart and liver.They claims extinguareh wind to arrest convulsions,resolve phlegm to free the collateral vessels,and using Dingxian pill in treating PBD.
