摘要
麻杏苡甘汤由汉代张仲景首次创造并应用于风湿所致周身疼痛。后世医家多遵循之,现代临床中也多被应用于治疗风湿痹证。张燕萍教授另辟蹊径,将麻杏苡甘汤应用于慢性咳嗽、便秘、支气管哮喘合并湿疹等不同疾病,体现了中医辨证论治的灵活性和中医药治疗疾病的多效性。从另一方面可看出,麻杏苡甘汤具有健脾化湿祛痰、开宣肺气的功效,扩大了麻杏苡甘汤的治疗范围,为临床高效诊疗疾病提供了理论基础。
Ma Xing Yi Gan Tang was by Zhang Zhongjing of the Han Dynasty first created and applied to the pain caused by rheumatism. Later physicians followed,it has also been used in the treatment of rheumatism in modern clinical medicine. Professor Zhang Yanping applys Ma Xing Yi Gan Tang to chronic cough,constipation,bronchial asthma complicated with eczema and so on,it is reflected the differentiation of TCM and the flexibility of the pleiotropic effects of treating diseases. On the other hand,Ma Xing Yi Gan Tang can invigorate spleen to remove dampness and eliminate phlegm,and disperse lung Qi. These expand the treatment range of Ma Xing Yi Gan Tang,and provide a theoretical basis for the efficient diagnosis and treatment of diseases.
