中医药在小儿脑瘫反复感染和免疫调节中的应用

Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Repeated Infection and Immune Regulation of Cerebral Palsy in Children

目的:探索中医药治疗脑瘫儿童反复感染和免疫调节的方法,更好服务临床康复治疗。方法:检索近15 a国内发表的中医药治疗小儿脑瘫反复感染和调节免疫的相关文章,从中药、推拿按摩、针刺、灸法等中医传统治疗方法入手,总结中医药在小儿脑性瘫痪反复感染和免疫调节中的应用进展。结果:中医药治疗脑瘫患儿反复感染临床疗效肯定,方法多样,包括中药、推拿按摩、针刺、灸法等,更多集中在中药治疗方面,而推拿、针刺、灸法等方面相关报道较少。结论:中医药能有效地降低脑瘫儿童院感率和改善免疫功能,且中医非药物治疗方面存在巨大研究空间。

Objective： To explore the Chinese medicine treatment of children with cerebral palsy repeated infection and immune regulation methods,in order to supply better service in clinical rehabilitation. Methods： Study papers in treatment of children＇ s cerebral palsy and recurrent infection with Chinese medicine in the past 15 years were used to analyze. The traditional Chinese medicine treatment including massage,acupuncture,moxibustion and others,from perspective of which the progress of Chinese medicine in treatment of repeated infection and immunomodulation of cerebral palsy in children were summarized. Results： Chinese medicine treatment of children with repeated infection in cerebral palsy can achieve significant and positive clinical efficacy with diverse methods including traditional Chinese medicine,Tuina,massage,acupuncture,moxibustion,etc. There are more studies which focused on traditional Chinese medicine treatment,and others like massage,acupuncture and moxibustion are less. Conclusion： Chinese medicine can effectively reduce the rate of hospitalized cases in newly hospitalized patients of children with cerebral palsy and improve immune function,and there is a huge research space in Chinese medicine non-drug therapy.
