青钱柳总黄酮联合多糖对糖尿病大鼠血糖水平、肝肾功能和胰岛素水平影响 被引量:7

摘要 目的:研究青钱柳总黄酮联合多糖对糖尿病大鼠血糖水平、肝肾功能和胰岛素水平的影响。方法:注射链脲佐菌素建立糖尿病大鼠模型,70只大鼠随机分为糖尿病模型组、青钱柳总黄酮组[80 mg/(kg·只)^(-1)]、青钱柳多糖组[80 mg/(kg·只)^(-1)]、青钱柳总黄酮多糖联合组[80 mg/(kg·只)^(-1),黄酮多糖各半]、二甲双胍组[250 mg/(kg·只)^(-1)]、消渴丸组[2.5 mg/(kg·只)^(-1)]和正常对照组。连续给药4周后,测各组大鼠体重和空腹血糖。10周后测各组肝肾功能指标和胰岛素水平。结果:青钱柳总黄酮联合多糖能明显降低糖尿病大鼠空腹血糖、总胆固醇(TG)、甘油三酯(TC)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、肌酐(Cr)和尿素氮(BUN)水平,显著增高血高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)和胰岛素水平,降血糖作用明显优于黄酮组,增高HDL-C水平程度比消渴丸组明显,总体与二甲双胍和消渴丸作用相当。结论:青钱柳总黄酮联合多糖具有较好的的降血糖作用,并能改善糖尿病大鼠的肝肾功能和胰岛素水平,联合用药效果优于其单一用药。 Objective :The effects of Cyclocarya paliurus(Batal.)Iljinskaja total flavonoids and polysaccharide on blood glucose level,hepatorenal function and serum insulin level were examined in diabetic rats. Methods :The diabetic rat models were established by streptozocin injection. Seventy rats were randomly divided into diabetic model group,Cyclocarya paliurus total flavonoids group(80 mg·kg^(-1)per mouse),Cyclocarya paliurus polysaccharide group(80 mg·kg^(-1) per mouse),Cyclocarya paliurustotal flavonoids and polysaccharide group(80 mg·kg^(-1) per mouse),metformin group(250 mg·kg^(-1)per mouse),Xiaoke Pill group(2.5 mg·kg^(-1) per mouse)and normal control group. Each group of rats were tested weight and fasting glucose after continuous dosing for four weeks. After ten weeks,each group of rats were tested liver and kidney function index and insulin levels. Results :The level of blood glucose,total cholesterol,triglyceride,low density lipoprotein,creatinine and urea nitrogen in diabetic rats reduced significantly by Cyclocarya paliurus total flavonoids and polysaccharide. But the level of high-density lipoprotein and insulin increased significantly. Cyclocarya paliurus total flavonoids and polysaccharide group were obviously better than cyclocarya paliurus total flavonoids group in hypoglycemic effect,better than Xiaoke Pill group in increasing high-density lipoprotein. The overall effect of the cyclocarya paliurus total flavonoids and polysaccharide group was similar to melbine or Xiaoke Pill. Conclusion :Cyclocarya paliurustotal flavonoids and polysaccharide has a good effect on hypoglycemic activity,and can improve the liver and kidney function index or insulin levels of diabetic rats. The effect of drug combination is better than single medication.
