1710例变应性鼻炎患者中医辨证分型调查分析

Investigation and Analysis of TCM Syndrome Differentiation in 1710 Patients with Allergic Rhinitis

目的:调查变应性鼻炎(AR)的中医辨证分型情况,为临床辨证治疗提供参考。方法:采用江苏省中医院门诊系统统计分析1710位变应性鼻炎患者的资料。结果:肺气虚寒证在4种证型中所占比例最高46.20%,肾阳不足证最低不足10%(8.19%),肺经伏热证约24.91%。以江苏省中医院为代表的中医院中60.64%变应性鼻炎只用中医药治疗,而中医专家的处方中这个比例更高,占83.07%。结论:中医药治疗变应性鼻炎是在中医院中治疗本病的一种主要方法。青少年占的比重较高。辨证治疗中肺气虚寒证最多。

Objective ：To investigate the TCM syndrome differentiation of allergic rhinitis（AR）,and to provide reference for clinical treatment. Methods ：The data of 1710 patients with AR in Jiangsu province traditional Chinese medicine hospital were analyzed statistically. Results ：The highest proportion of 46.20% of lung Qi deficiency and cold syndrome for 4 syndromes of kidney Yang deficiency syndrome is less than 10%,the lowest（8.19%）,lung heat syndrome about 24.91% volts. In Jiangsu province traditional Chinese medicine hospital,the hospital of traditional Chinese medicine in 60.64% allergic rhinitis treatment with traditional Chinese medicine,and the proportion of Chinese medicine experts in this prescription is higher,accounting for 83.07%. Conclusion ：Traditional Chinese medicine treatment of allergic rhinitis is a main method in the treatment of this disease. Teenagers accounted for a higher proportion. Syndrome differentiation of lung Qi deficiency cold syndrome were most.
