关于电导法测量感冒易感人群经络特点研究

Conductivity Method Based on Meridian Feature of Cold-easy Patients

目的:探索感冒易感人群电导法经络测量的特点,为感冒易感人群的中医诊疗提供参考。方法:选取广东省中医院门诊就诊判断为易感冒状态的患者,利用DMS经络仪对该人群十二经络双侧原穴进行测量,记录各原穴电能量值,并与正常值参考值范围比较,通过SPSS V13.0进行统计分析,以观察感冒易感人群的经络特点。结果:共收集50例感冒易感患者的双侧原穴(共24个)电导法经络测量数据,易感冒人群原穴平均能量值、原穴阴阳平衡值分别为(36.907±15.557)(1.113±0.201),相应正常值参考范围分别是(42.030±17.417)(1.212±0.289),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);肺经、脾经、心经、膀胱经左右平衡值分别为(0.952±0.299)(0.907±0.295)(0.992±0.350)(0.964±0.309),相应正常值参考范围分别是(1.056±0.456)(0.997±0.369)(1.100±0.462)(1.061±0.500),且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:感冒易感人群经络特征以原穴平均能量、原穴阴阳平衡异常为主,提示整体机能衰弱、代谢减慢;各经络原穴特点为肺经、脾经、心经、膀胱经左右失衡,提示感冒易感状态多与肺、脾病变有关,涉及心与膀胱。

Objective ：To study the characteristics of meridian conductance cold-easy people,thus to provide reference for Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment in cold-easy patients. Methods ：To find cold-easy people were diagnosed in Guangdong province hospital of traditional Chinese medicine. Collecting the meridian conductance data of Yuan points were detected by DMS for analysis with statistical software V13.0,thus to observe the meridian feature of cold-easy people by the comparison with reference range. Results ：A total of 50 cold-easy people were included. The average energy value and Yin/Yang meridians ratio of the cold-easy people were（36.907±15.557）（1.113±0.201）;corresponding normal range respectively was（42.030±17.417）（1.212±0.289）. By the statistical test of P〈0.05,there were significant difference. The ratio of left/right side of the lung,the spleen,the heart and the bladder were（0.952±0.299）（0.907±0.295）（0.992±0.350）（0.964±0.309）;The corresponding reference range respectively was（1.056±0.456）（0.997±0.369）（1.100±0.462）（1.061±0.500）. There were significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion ：The cold-easy people＇s main abnormal meridians energy were the average energy and Yin/Yang meridians ratio,suggesting that the cold-easy people were characterized by both lower state of physical ability and metabolism. The main abnormal meridians were the lung,the spleen,the heart and the bladder,indicating that the cold-easy may be associated with the lung and the spleen,related to the heart and the bladder.
