基于“文献计量学”分析冠心病合并糖尿病中医研究概况

Analysis of the Current Situation of TCM Research for Coronary Heart Disease Patients with Diabetic Based on Bibliometric

目的:分析近十年来冠心病合并糖尿病中医研究的现状,总结其特征、规律,并探讨其发展趋势。方法:以中国生物医学文献光盘数据库(CBMdisc)、中国知识基础设施工程(CNKI)和万方数据库为资料来源,采用文献计量学方法,对2005—2015年国内正式发表的427篇冠心病合并糖尿病中医研究的文献,从发表年度,第一作者人数、单位、所在地,文献来源、类型,基金资助,研究方向等方面进行多角度的计量学分析。结果:近十年来,冠心病合并糖尿病中医研究的文献总体上呈上升趋势,有多篇文献获得基金的资助,并且形成了以北京、广东、河南等地为核心的热点研究地带,其研究内容所涉领域较为广泛。结论:在国内冠心病合并糖尿病中医研究呈逐年增长的趋势,并且对其认识不断提高,其研究内容涉及病因病机、临床治疗、经验总结等多个方面。但尚存在研究方向不均衡、深度不够、方法单一等不足之处。今后应当加强对其理论机制、疾病预防、动物实验模型等多学科交叉层面的研究,进而为临床用药提供理论依据,同时有利于中医药发展的现代化。

Objective ：To analyze the current research status on traditional Chinese medicine research for coronary heart disease patients with diabetic within a decade,and to summarize its characteristics and the development tendency. Methods ：The papers which is relevant to Chinese medicine research for coronary heart disease patients with diabetic within a decade from the year of 2005 to 2015 published in journals that included in in CBMdisc,CNKI database and Wanfang database. 427 papers were researched. The literature data was statistically analyzed with bibliometrics method,such as the year of publication,the number,unit and location of the first author,the source and type of the paper,foundation,the research direction,and so on. Results ：The national study on Chinese medicine research for coronary heart disease patients with diabetic showed the level of growth year after year in recently ten years. A number of articles was got funded. The research areas covered very widely and the core of the hot research areas in Beijing,Guangdong,Henan. Conclusion ：The awareness of coronary heart disease patients with diabetic on Chinese medicine research was increasing. The research contents include various aspects such as pathogenesis,the clinical treatment,lessons learned and so on. But the research work still has the problems of imbalanced hotspots,insufficient research depth and single method. In the future,we should strengthen the research on the theoretical and mechanisms,disease prevention,animal models experiments and the research of Interdisciplinary aspects which are useful for providing a theoretical basis for clinical medicines and the modernization of Chinese medicine.
