中药腿浴联合硫酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊治疗膝骨关节炎临床研究

Clinical Research of Traditional Chinese Medicine by Leg Balneotherapy Combined with Glucosamine Sulfate Capsules in the Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis

目的:观察中药腿浴疗法联合口服硫酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效,探索膝骨关节炎外治的新途径。方法:采用前瞻性研究自2015年1月—2016年6月收治的风寒湿痹型膝骨性关节炎患者98例,随机分成观察组和对照组,每组各49例。观察组采用"腿浴I号"方腿浴治疗联合口服硫酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊治疗,对照组采用口服硫酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊治疗,连续治疗4周,观察治疗前、治疗后膝关节VAS评分、WOMAC评分及中医证候评分,评价该疗法两组治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。结果:观察组VAS评分较对照组组内及组间比较均有统计学差异(P<0.05);治疗后WOMAC评分疼痛、僵硬、日常活动及总分组间比较均有统计学差异(P<0.05);中医证候评分组间比较均有统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组有效率97.96%,对照组有效率91.84%,临床疗效比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:中药腿浴疗法联合硫酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊治疗膝骨关节炎在缓解关节疼痛、改善关节功能方面疗效确切,值得临床推广。

Objective ：To observe the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine by leg balneotherapy combined with glucosamine sulfate capsules treatment of KOA,to explore a new way to treat the KOA. Methods ：We prospectively analyzed 98 cases of KOA of wind-cold-dampness type treated in our hospital from January,2015 to June,2016. They were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group was treated with oral glucosamine sulfate capsules. The observation group was treated with combination of oral glucosamine sulfate capsule and traditional Chinese medicine by leg balneotherapy for 4 weeks. The VAS score,WOMAC score and TCM syndrome score were observed before and after the treatment. To evaluate clinical efficacy of treatment. Results ：There were significant differences in VAS scores between the two groups（P〈0.05）. There were significant differences in pain,stiffness,daily activities and total intra-and post-treatment WOMAC scores between the two groups（P〈0.05）. The effective rate of the observation group was 97.96%,the effective rate of the control group was 91.84%,and the effective rate was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in the clinical efficacy between the two groups（P〉0.05）. Conclusion ：The therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine by leg balneotherapy combined with glucosamine sulfate capsule in the treatment of KOA is effective in relieving joint pain and improving joint function.
