由立竿测影所得到的阴阳及五行各行的科学内涵,认识到《伤寒论》三阳三阴病的实质,就是因感受外邪(寒邪)而导致的五行病。三阳三阴病辨证,是张仲景暗地里恢复使用《尚书·洪范》五行(四阳行一阴行)的定义内涵和古经文的五脏配五行方案而得到的诊疗体系。三阳三阴病六个"欲解时"的时间安排,主要根据洛书的数字排列规律来决定。张仲景在《伤寒论原序》里,对当时医学界已经停止使用《洪范》五行的内涵和古经文五脏配五行方案的问题,隐暗地表达了他的不满。五行生克乘悔理论及今经文五脏配五行方案,可能是在东汉编写《内经》时,是被编写者最终认可的某些医学体系里的内容。

According to the scientific connotation of Yin and Yang and the five elements of each line,the author realizes that the essence of＂Diseases of the three Yang and the three Yin＂is another kind of expression of＂five elements＂. In the book＂Treatise on Febrile Diseases＂ZHANG Zhongjing had already secretly resumed the use of the book＂Shangshu Hongfan＂of the five elements（four Yang elements and one Yin element）connotation and the ancient programs of the five hollow organs corresponding to five elements. The schedule of＂the best time to release the corresponding disease＂depends on the Luoshu. ZHANG Zhongjing expressed his dissatisfaction with stopping the connotation of the five elements of＂Shangshu Hongfan＂and the five lines of the five hollow organs of the ancient scriptures at that time. The theory of the five elements and the five elements of the five hollow organs in the present text may might be the contents of certain medical systems that are finally approved by the authors who edited the book Inner Canon of Huangdiin the Eastern Han dynasty.
