滋肾清利法对反复发作尿路感染血清α_1-MG、β_2-MG及细胞免疫影响

Study on the Effect of Zishen Qingli Method in the Treatment of Recurrent Urinary Tract Infection in Serum α_1-MG,β_2-MG and Cellular Immunity

目的:探讨滋肾清利法对反复发作性尿路感染血清α_1-MG、β_2-MG及细胞免疫的影响。方法:选取辽宁中医药大学附属医院泌尿外科尿路感染患者90例,随机分为两组,各45例。对照组予以常规治疗;研究组在常规治疗上予以滋肾清利法治疗,采血测定血清免疫功能、细胞因子、实验室相应指标,同时对比临床疗效及并发症。结果:与治疗前比较,两组治疗后IgM、IgG、IgA含量升高,CD4、CD4/CD8含量升高,CD8含量降低,血清MCP-1、TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8含量降低,血清α_1-MG、β_2-MG含量降低(P<0.05);与对照组比较,研究组治疗后IgM、IgG、IgA含量较高,CD4、CD4/CD8含量较高,CD8含量较低,血清MCP-1、TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8含量较低,血清α_1-MG、β_2-MG含量较低(P<0.05);对照组有效率73.33%低于研究组有效率91.11%(P<0.05)。结论:滋肾清利法对反复发作性尿路感染疗效确切,提高免疫功能,降低血清α_1-MG、β_2-MG指标,安全性高。

Objective ：To investigate the effects of Zishen Qingli method in the treatment of recurrent urinary tract infection in serum α_1-MG,β_2-MG and cellular immunity. Methods ：Ninety patients with urinary tract infection in department of urology surgery in affiliated hospital of Liaoning university of traditional Chinese medicine were randomly divided into 2 groups（n=45）. Control group received conventional therapy,study group received more with Zishen Qingli method. The serum immune function,cytokines and laboratory indexes were compared after the treatment. Results ：Compared with before treatment,the levels of IgM,IgG,IgA in 2 groups after the treatment incerased,levels of serum CD4,CD4/CD8 increased,levels of CD8 decreased,levels of MCP-1,TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-8 decreased,levels of α_1-MG,β_2-MG decreased（P0.05）,compared with the control group,the levels of IgM,IgG and IgA in the study group were higher,levels of serum CD4,CD4/CD8 were higher,levels of CD8 were lower,levels of serum MCP-1,TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-8 were lower and the levels of α_1-MG and β_2-MG were lower（P0.05）,and the efficient rate in the control group（73.33%）was lower than the study group（91.11%）,（P0.05）. Conclusion ：Zishen Qingli method has definite therapeutic effect on recurrent urinary tract infection,it can improve immune function and lowers serum α_1-MG and β_2-MG indexes with high safety.
