牛膝及其复方治疗骨质疏松症临床及实验进展

Clinical and Experimental Progress of Achyranthes Bidentata and Its Compound in the Treatment of Osteoporosis

目前利用传统中草药开发合成制剂防治骨质疏松已成为研究热点,而牛膝及其复方在骨质疏松多方面多层次的治疗上都已取得确切的疗效。近年来由于现代物质基础和药理对中药牛膝研究的深入,其抗骨质疏松的作用机制逐渐揭晓,该文就牛膝及其复方治疗骨质疏松的临床和实验进展与现今存在的问题进行综述。

The use of Chinese traditional herbal medicine to prevent and cure osteoporosis has become a hot research topic,Achyranthes bidentata and compound,with its extensive treatment,have grasp definite therapy effect.In resent years,achyranthes bidentata has been deeply studied by modern material basis and pharmacology,its mechanism of anti-osteoporosis is also gradually revealed. In this paper,the clinical and experimental progress of Achyranthes bidentata with its compound in the treatment of osteoporosis and current problems are reviewed.
