硒代蛋氨酸对蛋用种公鸡繁殖性能及血液生殖激素的影响 被引量:13

摘要 为了探讨硒代蛋氨酸对蛋用种公鸡繁殖性能以及血液生殖激素的影响,试验选取180只140日龄京粉蛋用种公鸡,在其日粮中添加不同水平硒代蛋氨酸,最终使硒元素浓度达到0,0.25,0.5,1,2 mg/kg,于试验期末检测精液品质,统计种蛋受精率和孵化率,同时采集血液进行生殖激素含量的测定。结果表明:与对照组相比,1 mg/kg处理组精子活率显著提高5.66%(P<0.05);0.5 mg/kg处理组精液量、精子密度、精子活力分别显著提高42.11%、38.53%、21.25%(P<0.05);0.5 mg/kg处理组种蛋受精率提高了2.65%(P>0.05);1 mg/kg处理组种蛋孵化率显著提高了2.22%(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,1 mg/kg处理组血液中睾酮(T)显著提高了50.88%(P<0.05);0.5 mg/kg处理组促黄体素(LH)显著提高了35.47%(P<0.05);1 mg/kg处理组促卵泡素(FSH)提高了25.66%(P<0.05)。说明硒代蛋氨酸对蛋用种公鸡精液品质、血液生殖激素及种蛋受精率、孵化率有较大影响,硒水平达到1 mg/kg时效果最佳。 The aim of the present study was to explore the effects of selenomethionine on the reproductive performance and blood reproductive hormone of breeder cocks. The diets of 180 breeder cocks of 140 days old were added at different levels of selenomethionine. The final concen- tration of selenium reached 0, 0.25, 0.5, 1, 2 mg/kg. The semen quality, kind egg fertilization rate and hatching rate were identified at the end of the experiment. While the reproductive hormone levels were detected in the collected blood. The results showed that the sperm motility was significantly increased by 5.66% in the 1 mg/kg treatment group compared with control group (P 〈 0.05 ). The semen volume, sperm density and sperm motility were significantly increased by 42.11% , 38.53% and 21.25% in the O. 5 mg/kg treated group (P 〈0.05). The kind egg fertilization rate was increased by 2.65 % in 0.5 mg/kg treatment group ( P 〉 0.05 ). The breeder eggs hatching rate was significantly increased by 2.22% in 1 mg,/kg treatment group (P 〈 0.05 ). Compared with the control group, plasma serum testosterone (T) was significandy increased by 50.88% in 1 mg/kg treatment group ( P 〈 0. 05 ) , the plasma luteinizing hormone (LH) was significantly increased by 35.47% in 0.5 mg/kg treatment group ( P 〈 0. 05 ) , the plasma follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) was increased by 25.66% in 1 mg/kg treatment group(P 〈 0.05 ). The results indicated that the selenomethionine had a significant effect on the semen quality, blood reproductive hormones and the fertilization rate and hatching rate. The best effect was obtained when the selenium level reached 1 mg/kg.
