摘要
为了研究猪FSTL1基因,并探明其在猪不同组织中的表达情况和脂肪组织生长发育中的调控作用,试验克隆了猪FSTL1基因,对其生物信息学进行了分析,并采用荧光定量PCR技术检测了其在猪不同组织与脂肪细胞分化时序表达情况。结果表明:猪FSTL1与其他动物氨基酸序列同源性较高,属于亲水性蛋白;FSTL1基因在猪的12个组织中均有表达,其中在肺脏、皮下脂肪组织中的表达量较高;在猪皮下脂肪细胞分化前期表达量短暂增加,随后显著下降。
The aim of the present study was to identify the expression of porcine FSTL1 gene in different tissues and its regulation in growth and development of adipose tissue. Porcine FSTL1 geue was cloned, and its bioinformaties was investigated. Fluorescence quantitative PCR technol- ogy was applied to determine the expression level of FSTL1 gene in different issues and in different differentiation stages of adipocyte. The re- suits showed that there was a high homology between the porcine FSTL1 and other animal amino acid sequences. The porcine FSTL1 was a hy- drophilie protein. It was expressed in 12 organizations of porcine and its expression level was the highest in lung and subcutaneous adipose tis- sue. A transient increase of FSTL1 transcript was noted during the early phase of subcutaneous adipoeytes adipogenesis, and then it was de- creased significantly.
