曲美他嗪与阿托伐他汀联合治疗冠心病的临床观察

Effect of Atorvastatin Combined with Trimetazidine on Coronary Heart Disease

目的探讨曲美他嗪与阿托伐他汀联合治疗冠心病的临床效果。方法选择在本院接受治疗的冠心病患者92例作为观察对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为各有46例患者的两组(观察组和对照组),对照组患者单纯给予阿托伐他汀进行治疗,观察组患者则使用曲美他嗪与阿托伐他汀联合进行治疗,观察并比较两组患者的临床效果。结果经过治疗后,观察组患者的心功能各项指标、血脂各项指标均显著优于对照组,且组间比较的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的总有效率和不良反应发生率分别为93.48%和4.35%,对照组的总有效率和不良反应发生率分别为60.87%和17.26%,观察组显著优于对照组,且组间比较的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用曲美他嗪与阿托伐他汀联合对冠心病患者进行治疗,疗效显著,安全可靠,值得在临床上广泛推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of atorvastatin combined with trimetazidine on coronary heart disease.Methods 92 patients with coronary heart disease treated in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 46 cases in each group. The control group was given atorvastatin,while the experimental group was treated with atorvastatin combined with trimetazidine. The treatment effect in the two groups was observed. Results After treatment,the indicators of heart function and indicators of blood lipids of the experimental group were better than those of the control group,with statistically significant difference（ P0. 05）. The total effective rate and the incidence of adverse reactions（ 93. 48% and 4. 35% respectively） of the experimental group were better than those（ 60. 87% and 17. 26% respectively） of the control group,with statistically significant difference（ P0. 05）. Conclusion Atorvastatin combined with trimetazidine is effective and safe in treating coronary heart disease,and it is worth clinically spreading widely.
