经济落后地区半自理老人对长期照护需求的质性研究

Qualitative Research on Long-term Care Demands of Elderly People with Semi-self Care in Economically Undeveloped Regions

目的探讨经济落后地区半自理老人对长期照护的需求。方法采用质性研究中现象学研究方法,以半结构深入访谈法对17名半自理老人进行访谈,将访谈获取的资料采用Colaizzi的资料分析法,提炼主题。结果通过分析得出半自理老人对长期照护需求的5个主题:社会参与程度低;康乐保健和医疗卫生服务不及时;护理服务瓶颈大;老年文化服务严重滞后;政府和志愿者服务支持力度小。结论经济落后地区半自理老人对长期照护需求程度高,形势比较严峻,需要提供有效的长期照护服务。

Objective To explore the demands of long-term care for elderly people with semi-self care in economically undeveloped regions. Methods With the qualitative phenomenological research,17 elderly people with semi-self care were interviewed by semi-structured interviews,and themes were refined by making Colaizzi＇s data analysis. Results The analyzed 5 themes of the demands for long-term care for the elderly were the low level of social participation,not timely recreation health care and medical and health services,great difficulty of making breakthrough in nursing service,backward cultural services for the elderly,and less support from government and volunteer services. Conclusion There is the serious situation that the elderly people with semi-self care in economically undeveloped regions have a high demand for long-term care services. They need more long-term effective care services.
