摘要 本文结合1例心房颤动伴室性心动过速的复杂心律失常心电图分析,讨论宽QRS心动过速急诊心电图分析思路和心房颤动并室性心动过速的心电图诊断。 Based on the analysis of a case of complex tachycardia ECG of atrial fibrillation with ventricular tachycardia,this paper discusses the emergency ECG analysis of wide QRS tachycardia and the electrocardiogram diagnosis of atrial fibrillation with ventricular tachycardia.
