癌症患者的知情程度对身心健康的影响及护理干预

The Effect of Information Awareness of Cancer Patients on Their Physical and Mental Health and Nursing Intervention

目的探讨癌症患者的知情程度对身心健康的影响及护理干预。方法将我院60例癌症患者依据知情程度分为完全知情组、部分知情组和不知情组3组,每组平均20例,分别对其身心健康状况进行调查并给予其恰当的护理干预。结果和部分知情组、不知情组相比,完全知情组患者具有较好的身心健康状况,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);而部分知情组和不知情组相比,身心健康状况之间的差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论癌症患者对病情完全知情有利于更好地对其进行护理干预,提升其身心健康状况,从而促进其早日康复。

Objective To study the effect of information awareness of cancer patients on their physical and mental health and the nursing intervention. Method 60 patients with cancer were divided into 3 groups,20 cases for each group： fully informed group,partly informed group and uninformed group. The patients＇ physical and mental health was investigated and the appropriate nursing intervention was given. Result Compared with non-informed group and partly informed group,fully informed group has better physical and mental health,with statistically significant difference（ P 0. 05）. There was no statistically significant difference between partly informed and uninformed group（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion Well-informed cancer patients are conducive to better nursing intervention,improvement of physical and mental health so as to promote early recovery.
