菟丝子水提液对环磷酰胺致雄性小鼠生殖损伤的保护作用研究 被引量:7

摘要 为了探讨菟丝子水提液对环磷酰胺(CP)所致雄性小鼠生殖损伤的保护作用,试验对SPF级KM雄性小鼠腹腔注射CP制作生殖损伤模型,再将其分为CP对照组及高、中、低剂量菟丝子组,各剂量组小鼠灌胃给予菟丝子水提液,观察菟丝子水提液对CP所致生殖损伤小鼠附睾系数、睾丸系数、精子密度、精子活率、精子活力、精子畸形率、睾丸形态的影响。结果表明:与CP对照组比较,高、中、低剂量菟丝子组均可显著提高小鼠附睾系数、睾丸系数、精子密度、精子活率、精子活力,并降低精子畸形率(P<0.05)。同时,与CP对照组相比较,高、中、低剂量菟丝子组小鼠睾丸生精上皮明显变厚,生精细胞和间质细胞数量明显增多,管腔内各级精母细胞和精子细胞明显增多。说明菟丝子水提液对CP所致雄性小鼠生殖损伤具有保护作用。 The aim of the present study was to investigate the protective effect of semen cuscutae water extract on male mice genital injury in- duced by cyclophosphamide (CP). The genital injury models of SPF KM male mice were established by intraperitoneal injection of CP. The models were divided randomly into CP control group and high, middle, low dose semen cuscutae water extract group. The mice in each group were treated with semen cuscutae water extract by garage respectively. The effects of semen cuscutae water extract on epididymis, testicular co- efficient, sperm density, sperm activity rate, sperm motility, sperm deformity and testis morphology of the mice genital system injured by CP were investigated. The results showed that the epididymis, testicular coefficient, sperm density, sperm activity rate, and sperm motility in high, middle and low dose group of semen cuscutae water extract were all significantly improved and the rate of sperm deformity was significantly re- duced compared with that in CP control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). In addition, the thickness of spermatogenic epithelium, number of spermatogenic cells and stromal cells of the mice in high, middle and low dose group were obviously increased compared with the control group. The number of spermatocytes and sperm cells within the lumen were also significantly increased compared with the control group. The results indicated that the semen cuscutae water extract had a protective effect on the male mice genital injury induced by CP.
