巨噬细胞内microRNA与结核分枝杆菌相互作用的研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 结核分枝杆菌(MTB)为结核病的病原菌,感染机体后主要寄生于巨噬细胞内。MiRNA是一类内源性非编码小分子RNA,在转录水平上负向调控基因的表达。miRNA在MTB感染机体后部分可稳定存在于巨噬细胞内,miR-125a,miR-144,miR-146a,miR-155等表现出明显的上调或下调的变化。本文就巨噬细胞内miRNA与MTB相互作用的研究进展作一综述。 Mycobacterium tuberculosis is a pathogen that causes tuberculosis.After entering the host,it mainly infects macrophages.MicroRNA is a type of endogenous non-coding single molecule RNA that negatively regulates gene expression at the transcriptional level.MiRNA can be partly stable in macrophages after infection with M.tuberculosis.Levels of miR-125 a,miR-144,miR-146 a,and miR-155 change markedly,either being up-regulated or down-regulated.This paper reviews research on the interaction between miRNA in macrophages and M.tuberculosis.
