氯沙坦/双氢氯塞嗪治疗原发性高血压40例的疗效观察

Evaluation of treatment efficacy with losartan and hydrochlorothiazide in patients with essential hypertension

目的 评价联合应用氯沙坦 5 0mg/d和双氢氯塞嗪 12 .5mg/d治疗原发性高血压的疗效。方法 选择高血压病患者(其中 1级 15例、2级 15例、3级 10例 ) ,应用氯沙坦 5 0mg/d和双氢氯塞嗪 12 .5mg/d治疗 ,每日监测血压 ,并以第四周末血压为最后结果 ,同时观察HR、干咳发生率和临床实验检查结果。结果 该方法对高血压患者治疗有效率和显效率分别为 :1级组 93%和 80 % ,2级组 93%和 73% ,3级组 6 0 %和 30 %。对HR和临床实验检查结果无明显影响。结论 联合应用氯沙坦和双氢氯塞嗪治疗高血压病 1级和 2级的疗效确切 ,对 3级高血压需联合用药 ,其副作用小。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy treatment with losartan (50mg/d) and hydrochlorothiazide (12.5mg/d) in patients with essential hypertension.Methods Patients with essential hypertension were selected (1st grade group with 15 patients and 2nd grade group with15 ?3rd grade group with 10) and treated with losartan (50mg/d) and hydrochlorothiazide (12.5mg/d). After 4 weeks treatment, the blood pressure was measured?and heart rate?the incidence of dry cough and clinical laboratory measurements was assessed. Results The efficiency rate and obvious efficiency rate were: 1st grade group (93% and 80% ), 2nd grade group (93% and 73%),3rd grade group (60% and 30%). There were no significant difference in clinical laboratory measurements. Conclusion It was effective in the treatment with losartan (50mg/d) and hydrochlorothiazide (12.5mg/d) in patients with 1st and 2nd grade essential hypertension, but it should combinate of the other drugs in the 3rd grade essential hypertension
