我院人血白蛋白临床应用调查分析

Investigation and analysis of clinical application of Human Albumin in our hospital

目的:了解人血白蛋白(HSA)在我院住院患者中的临床使用情况,为临床合理用药及制定相应制度提供数据参考。方法:利用我院信息化管理系统及电子病历管理系统,回顾性分析我院2016年第二季度住院患者使用HSA的数据。结果:我院2016年第二季度共有596例住院患者使用HSA,以男性为主,使用范围广,年龄分布跨度大,人均使用量87.3g,人均使用HSA前三名为普外一科、干部病房和神经外科;使用量及病例数最高的适应症为单纯性低蛋白血症,占总使用量78.16%;无适应症用药为44例,以内科监护室和胸心外科最多。结论:我院临床使用HSA病例多,使用量大,几乎涉及全身各个系统疾病;临床医生对HSA适应症仍存在一定的认识误区,需进一步加强合理规范使用。

Objective ：To investigate the clinical use of Human Albumin （HSA） in our hospital, and to provide data reference for clinical rational use of drugs and the establishment of the corresponding system. Methods： Using the hospital information management system and electronic medical records management system, retrospective analysis of our hospital in the second quarter of 2016 using HSA data. Result：The second quarter of 2016 a total of 596 cases of HSA patients, male dominated, the use of a wide range of age span, 87.3g per capita consumption, per capita HSA the top three for the first Department of general surgery, cadre ward and Department of Neurosurgery; and the volume of cases with the highest number of indications for simple low protein in the total amount of 78.16%; no indications of medication for 44 cases with Cardiac Surgery ICU and chest up.Conclusion：The clinical use of HSA cases in our hospital, the use of large, involving almost all systemic diseases; clinical indications for HSA there are still some misunderstanding, need to further strengthen the rational use of norms.
