胶质瘤磁共振IVIM与DSC灌注成像的相关性研究 被引量:5

Study of the Correlation between Magnetic Resonance Perfusion Imaging with IVIM and Dynamic Susceptibility Contrast Method in Brain Tumors

摘要 目的:研究胶质瘤磁共振体素内不相干运动(IVIM)成像与动态磁敏感对比增强(DSC)灌注相关性。方法:94例经手术病理证实的成人胶质瘤,术前均行IVIM和DSC磁共振扫描并计算肿瘤区域IVIM相关灌注参数快弥散(Dfast),快弥散分数(PF),rCBF,rCBV值及其相应标化值nDfast、nPF、nrCBF和nrCBV,并进行相关统计学分析。结果:Dfast与rCBV和rCBF均呈正相关,ρ分别为0.396和0.328;nDfast与nrCBV和nrCBF均呈正相关,ρ分别为0.466和0.390(所有P<0.001)。结论:胶质瘤磁共振IVIM灌注参数Dfast与nrCBV密切相关,是无需外源性对比剂示踪的非侵入性活体评价胶质瘤灌注的潜在标记物。 Purpose: To study the correlation of MR perfusion between that with intravoxel incoherent motion (IVIM) and dynamic susceptibility contrast (DSC) method in brain gliomas. Methods: Ninety four cases of adult gliomas confirmed by pathology results were included in the study. The following parameters on tumor regions were calculated including IVIM-derived Dfast and PF and DSC-derived rCBF and rCBV, and their normalized values of nDfast, nPF, nrCBF and nrCBV as well. Correlative analyses were made between perfusion-related parameters of IVIM and DSC. Results: A higher positive correlation with rCBV than rCBF was shown for Dfast with p values of 0.396 (all P〈0.001). Meanwhile, there was a higher positive correlation for nDfast with nrCBV than nrCBF (p=0.466 and 0.390, respectively, all P〈0.001). Conclusion: IVIM-derived Dfast showed a good correlation with nrCBV in brain gliomas and it is a non-invasive potential marker for evaluating tumor perfusion in gliomas without the use of exogenous contrast agents.
