摘要
将36只健康雄性小型杂种犬随机平均分为模型组与对照组,模型组犬右后肢膝关节使用改良后的前十字韧带切断法诱导骨关节炎,对照组仅做切开右后肢膝关节囊后缝合处理。在造模后第4、8、12周对2组犬进行关节活动度检查、肉眼检查、X射线检查与K/L分级评分。结果显示:随造模时间延长,模型组犬膝关节肿胀、活动受限,出现跛行,肉眼检查观查同X射线结果一致呈加重表现,为关节间隙变窄、骨赘增多、软骨下骨密度升高,与对照组比较均差异显著(P<0.05)。X射线对中晚期骨关节炎病变敏感,为骨关节炎预后及治疗提供一种安全、简便的方法。
The purpose of this study was to establish a ca were used to evaluate the diagnostic value at detecting o Each period imaging features of canine osteoarthritis was explored, provided imaging evidence for the canine knee osteoarthritis. The 36 small male hybrid dogs were randomly divided into model group and control group. The knee osteoarthritis model was established by improving anterior cru elate ligament cutting method. The joint capsule was sutured after cuting open in control group. The knees were observated by joints activity,visual observation,X-ray and K/L scores in 4,8 and 12 weeks respectively. With modeling prolonged,The results of visual observation on canine knee swelling,limited mobility, limp, the exacerbation was consistent with X-ray. The results of narrowed knee gap,density of subchondral bone increased in model group were significantly difference (P〈0.05) with control group. X-ray was sensitive for advanced osteoarthritis and provided a safe and simple diagnosis method for prognosis and treatment of osteoarthritis.
