牛至精油对奶牛产后发情及繁殖性能的影响

Effect of oregano oil on postpartum estrus and reproductive traits in cow

研究牛至精油对奶牛产后子宫感染预防、子宫复旧的作用及对产后发情的影响,为奶牛产后护理和合理安排配种提供依据。将新产犊后的荷斯坦奶牛分为试验A组(子宫投放牛至精油)和B组(对照组),测定其部分繁殖及血液生理指标。结果显示:A组奶牛的宫颈黏液、直肠检查评分均显著高于B组,血液中白细胞和中性粒细胞数显著低于B组,其产后15和30d时血液白细胞数、中性粒细胞数、淋巴细胞数、红细胞数和血红蛋白浓度均显著低于产后0d的水平(P<0.05)。结果表明:牛至精油可杀灭一定数量的病原菌并可预防持续感染,有利于奶牛产后子宫复旧及提早发情,建议在奶牛生产中酌量使用。

To study effects of oregano oil on preventing puerperal uterine affection, uterine recover and changes of blood physiological index in dairy cow,and provide a basis for the puerperal care and mating arrangement. Some puerperal Holstein dairy cows were divided into treatment group A （oregano oil was placed in cow uterus） and control group B,and partial reproductive performance and physiological index data were detected and analyzed. Results showed that scores for cervical mucus and rectal examination were significantly higher than that of group B,and numbers of white cell and neutrophil cell in blood were significantly lower than those of group B, and numbers of white cell,neutrophil cell,lymphocyte,red blood cell and hemoglobin concentration in blood at 15 d and 30 d postpartum were significantly lower than those at 0 day postpartum（P〈0.05）. The results indicated that oregano oil can kill a certain amount of bacteria and prevent subsequent affection and it will benefit for uterine recover and postpartum estrus,so the reasonable utilization of oregano oil would be suggested in postpartum dairy cow.
