科技知识与科学素质正相关,但具体表现为"类边际效用递减规律"的形式。除此以外,科技知识与科学素质的的关系还具有诸多复杂性。科技知识和科学素质的基本关系启示我们:就科普工作的整体而言,应当坚定不移地把重心放到普及科学方法、科学思想和科学精神上来。但对于那些文化程度较低的人群,科技知识的普及依然是重点。

However, the popularization of scientific and technological knowledge is still critical for less educated people.
