论茅以升的工程思想——以钱塘江建桥为例

摘要 在钱塘江建桥过程中,茅以升给后人留下了富有中华文化特色的工程思想。他分身有术、配套成龙,组建了从建桥英才罗英到普通工人的优秀团队。他集思广益"取法乎上","勤于实践"勇于创新,以中国人的设计取代洋人的方案,主持我国第一座现代桥梁的施工。他"缓事急办",建桥育人,在钱塘江工地培育了一代桥梁精英;他"急事缓办",延缓炸桥,把大桥的使命发挥到极致。茅以升以哲人工程家的风范在我国桥梁史上谱写了新篇章。 During the construction of Qiantang River Bridge, T.E.Mao (Maoyisheng) catered to the engineering talent concept of "engineering career, talent first",creating a great learning team.He pools the wisdom and efforts of everyone,guided by engineering epistemology of" think more and ask more,take a method up",constructed the first modern bridge that designed and hosted by Chinese people.He is fore-thoughtful, "slow matter urgent to do",cultivated elites of future generation in the Qiantang River Bridge site.Faced with the Japanese approach to Hangzhou, he had tremendous courage and wisdom,"urgent matter postponed", delays to destroy the bridge until last moment.His engineering dialectics wrote an immortal page in the history of the war of resistance against Japan and the bridges.
