当代日本外籍儿童教育的问题与对策

Problems and Countermeasures of Foreign Children Education in Contemporary Japan

日本外籍儿童教育从最初配备相应的指导教师到开发专门的综合课程,再到制定相对完备的支援体制,经历了大约20多年的发展。但伴随国际化进程的迅速发展,日本外籍儿童教育也面临需求两极分化、教师胜任力不足、教材内容单一、入学率和升学率较低等挑战。为此,日本通过进一步完善外籍儿童教育指导体制、加强教师队伍建设、正确把握外籍儿童教育指导内容、提高外籍儿童的就学率和升学率等系列措施,促进日本外籍儿童教育的不断发展和完善。

In almost 20 years of foreign children＇s education, Japanese has experienced from providing the corresponding faculty advisers, to developing specialized integrated curriculum, and to formulating relatively complete support system. However, with the rapid development of the globalization, the Japanese foreign children＇s education also faces some challenges： the demands taking on a trend of polarization, teachers lacking the competency, simplified teaching materials and low enrollment rate and graduation rate. Therefore, the current countermeasures in Japan include： improving instructing system of foreign the construction of teachers, correctly grasping guidance contents of foreign children＇s education, strengthening children＇s education, and enhancing the rate of enrollment and graduation of foreign children. The government of Japan attempts to promote the better development of foreign children＇s education through such measures.
