石家庄地区献血者Rh阴性血清学表型分布及不规则抗体检出情况

Rh serological phenotype distribution and irregular antibody detection of Rh negative blood donors in Shijiazhuang area

目的:研究石家庄地区献血者RhD阴性血清学表型分布和不规则抗体检出情况。方法:对2015-01-2015-12石家庄地区无偿献血者标本,进行RhD阴性血筛查,确认血清学表型鉴定和不规则抗体筛选。结果:172 515例献血者标本中筛查出892例RhD阴性(0.52%),经确认为831例RhD阴性(0.48%),D变异型61例(6.84%),表型鉴定结果为ccdee 514例(57.62%)、Ccdee 222例(24.89%)、ccdEe 50例(5.61%)、CCdee 34例(3.81%)、CcdEe 20例(2.24%)、CCdEe 2例(0.22%);筛查出的892例RhD阴性标本中检出不规则抗体26例(2.8%)。结论:对献血者进行Rh阴性血筛查、确认,血清学表型鉴定和不规则抗体筛选对保障安全用血具有重要意义。

Objective：To study Rh serological phenotype distribution and irregular antibody detection of RhD negative blood donors in Shijiazhuang area.Method：RhD negative blood was screened and comfirmed,Rh phebotype was indentified,irregular antibody was detected of unpaid donors in Shijiazhuang area from January 2015 to December 2015.Result：A total of 892 RhD negative （0.52%）were screened in 172 515 donors,among which 831 RhD negative were comfirmed （0.48%）,61 samples were D variants,phenotype indentification were ccdee 514（57.62%）,Ccdee 222（24.89%）,ccdEe 50（5.61%）,CCdee（34 3.81%）,CcdEe 20（2.24%） and CCdEe 2（0.22%）.Twenty-six（2.8%）irregular antibody were screened in 892 RhD negative.Conclusion：It is very important to ensure blood safety by screening and comfirming RhD negative blood,indentifying Rh phebotype and dectecting irregular antibody.
