农业供给侧结构性改革背景下村镇发展战略研究

A Study on the Strategy of Rural Development in the Context of Agricultural Supply-side Structural Reform

农业供给侧结构性改革的目标在于解放和发展农村生产力,推动农业产业结构升级及发展方式转变,对于指导村镇发展具有重要意义。本文从农业供给侧结构性改革对村镇发展的影响机理入手,系统分析了村镇发展的动力机制,并基于村镇发展动力的异质性,将村镇发展划分为自然资源优势型、区位优势型、特色产业带动型等三种大类型以及能源开发型、城镇周边型、交通节点型、特色农业带动型、特色制造业带动型、旅游产业带动型等六种具体类型,进而分类设计了各类型村镇的差异化发展战略。

The agricultural supply-side structural reform aims to release and develop agricultural productive forces and to facilitate the upgrading of agricultural production structure and the change of developmental pattern,and this reform plays a significant part in guiding rural development. Proceeding from how the reform influences rural development,this paper analyzed the dynamic mechanism of rural development; based on the differences in motives for rural development,the paper divided rural development into three categories-natural resources type,regional advantage type and special industry-driven type,and six specific types-energy development type,urban periphery type,traffic hub type,special agriculture-driven type,special manufacturing-driven type and tourism-driven type,and conducted an analysis of the development strategy of different types of villages and small towns.
