摘要
本文构建了绿色供应链管理实践和管理绩效子系统及系统动力学模型,结合某铝业公司数据进行模拟仿真,结果表明:(1)在经济和环境双重压力下,企业环境绩效增长缓慢。(2)为了实现以资产总额为代表的整体绩效最优,企业最适宜的研发转化率和供应商产品绿色度分别为0.6001和0.5005。(3)单位原材料成本是影响电解铝企业绿色供应链管理绩效的最关键因素。企业家应该充分发挥管理实践的创新精神,主动调整投资结构,将绩效提升的重点放在产品的技术研发与供应商的绿色合作,实现经济绩效和环境绩效的双赢。
This paper constructs a green supply chain management practice subsystem and a management performance subsystem respectively,and the system dynamics model of the influence of management practice on management performance is established. Along with an aluminum company data related to data simulation,the results show that:( 1) Under the double pressure of economy and environment,corporate environmental performance is rising slowly;( 2) In order to achieve the best overall performance which represented by the total assets,the most suitable Enterprise RD conversion rate is 0. 6001,the green degree of the supplier product is 0. 5005;( 3) Unit raw material cost is the most important factor affecting green supply chain management performance of electrolytic aluminum enterprises factor. The entrepreneurs should give full play to the innovative spirit of management practice and take the initiative to adjust the investment structure,focus their attention on technological RD and green cooperation of suppliers,and achieve a win-win situation in economic performance and environmental performance.
