摘要
某发动机缸体止推面加工所用镗刀为带浮动头的展开式刀具,加工过程中需借助机床夹具上的前后轴承对其进行支撑。镗削分为粗加工和精加工两步,其中粗加工刀夹轴向可调,精加工刀夹轴向不可调。针对镗刀结构特点,结合机床HMI界面及在线测量机制建立精加工刀片调整方案,有效保证了刀片更换的速度和成功率。同时,针对加工余量和每齿进给量等参数进行优化,大幅提高精加工刀片寿命。
The boring bar for the cylinder block thrust surface has the feature of floating range and expansion cartridge. This tool is supported by 2 bearings in the fixture during machining. The whole boring contains rough and finish two steps,other than rough cartridge,the finish cartridge can't be adjusted in axial direction. Due to the structure characteristics of this tool,combining with machine HMI interface and on-site measurement machine,establish the setting plan of finish inserts to ensure the speed and accuracy of insert change. Optimize the machining allowance and feed rate to increase the finish inserts lifetime remarkably.
