摘要
针对液压缸内孔在深孔镗加工过程中存在的工艺路线繁杂、深孔镗专用刀杆规格多、生产准备时间长、制约了生产效率的提高等弊端。通过对传统加工工艺的分析,提出了镗刀杆结构的优化方案。产品测试结果表明,优化的镗刀杆能够可靠、高效地完成缸筒内孔的加工,并满足设计要求,具有较高的实用价值。
Aiming at the existing deficiency in the process of deep hole boring in the hydraulic cylinder bore,including complex procedure,more size of the boring bar,more time of production preparation and low production efficiency. Through the analysis of the traditional machining,puts forward an improvement on the structure of the boring bar. The experimental results show the optimizing boring bar is reliable,efficient to complete machining and meet design requirement. It has higher practical value.
