摘要
介绍了西门子系统的安全集成技术,研究了其硬件结构和工作原理,并通过工程实际应用,总结了基于安全集成技术的高档数控机床维修方法,能够快速判断机床故障,提升机床维修效率,最后强调了在数控机床上应用安全集成技术的必要性和积极意义。
This paper briefly describes the development trend of Siemens Safety Integrated,describes the hardware structure and working principle of Siemens Safety Integrated System,describes the maintenance methods of CNC machine with Siemens Safety Integrated through the relevant application examples,stresses the need and significance of safety integrated on CNC machine tools.
