Design of the positioning tool for the electrode head and the limit head a kind of resistance welding equipment

对于电阻焊设备,电极头、限位头、工件、电极成型面的位置关系严重影响焊接质量。为了保证其理想的位置关系,设计了剖分结构的定位工装。通过焊接效果对比,证明了该定位工装的应用,提高了焊接质量,满足了电阻焊的使用要求。

The position relationship between the electrode head,the limiting head,the conduit and the electrode forming surface seriously affects the welding quality. In order to guarantee the ideal position relation,the positioning tool of the split structure is designed. Through the comparision of the welding effect,the application of the positioning tool is proved,and the welding quality is improved.
