摘要 吉7井区稠油采用掺水集输工艺,随着稠油比例增加,原有处理工艺适应性变差,原油交油合格率只有80%。为保证原油脱水效果,在加热沉降段采用了油水界面调节技术。该技术的实施将油水界面有效地控制在火筒以下,原油脱水温度由60℃提高到了70℃;电脱段采用竖挂极板组合电场脱水技术,使电场稳定性增强,原油含水率由3%~14%降到0.5%~3%;通过筛选破乳剂和优化加药点,处理成本每立方米液量下降到0.72元;原油处理工艺优化后,原油交油合格率达到100%。 The blending water gathering and transportation technology is used for heavy oil in Ji 7 well area.With the increase of the proportion of heavy oil,the adaptability of the original treatment process becomes worse,and the qualified rate of crude oil is only 80%.In order to ensure the dehydration effect of crude oil,the oil-water interface regulation technology is used in the heating sedimentation section.The application of the technology effectively controls the oil-water interface under the fire tube,and the dehydration temperature of crude oil increases from 60 ℃ to 70 ℃; the electricity dehydration section uses the vertical hanging counter electrode combined electric field dehydration technology to enhance the stability of electric field,and the water content of crude oil decreases from 3% -14% to 0.5% - 3%; through screening the demulsifier and optimizing dosing points,the processing cost decreases to 0.72 yuan per cubic meter of liquid; after the crude oil processing process is optimized,the crude oil qualified rate reaches 100%.
