摘要
采用预制母体法制备了丁基橡胶改性沥青,考察了丁基橡胶在基质沥青中的分散性,研究了丁基橡胶用量对沥青耐热性、耐低温性、接缝剥离性能及贮存稳定性的影响,同时考察了丁基橡胶在弹性体改性沥青防水卷材中的应用。结果表明:3%添加量的丁基橡胶在基质沥青中具有较好的分散性;丁基橡胶的加入使得沥青的耐热性能提高,耐低温性能下降,且丁基橡胶掺量不超过5%时,改性沥青具有较好的剥离性能及贮存稳定性;丁基橡胶加入量不超过3%时,改性沥青防水卷材具有较好的应用性能。
Butyl rubber modified asphalt is prepared by precast matrix, the dispersion of butyl rubber in matrix asphalt is inspected, and the influences of dosage of butyl rubber on heat-resistance, low temperature resistance, seam peeling performance and storage stability are studied, as well as application of butyl rubber in SBS modified asphalt waterproofing membrane. The results show butyl rubber has good dispersion in matrix asphalt when its dosage is 3%; the adding of butyl rubber can improve heat-resistance and decrease the low temperature resistance of asphalt; modified asphalt has good peeling performance and storage stability when the dosage of butyl rubber is less than 5%; modified asphalt waterproofing membrane has good application when the dosage of butyl rubber is less than 3%.
