摘要 以乳化沥青为基料,研究了改性剂、填料、乳化剂和消泡剂对水性橡化沥青防水涂料物理性能和稳定性的影响。结果表明,选用丙烯酸酯聚合物乳液与氯丁橡胶复配改性剂且复配比为3∶2时,制备的防水涂料断裂伸长率和粘结强度最佳;选用滑石粉作为填料,能够成功分散到涂料体系中且稳定性好;阳离子乳化剂和非离子乳化剂配比为2∶1,添加量为2%时,制备的涂料贮存稳定性优异;有机硅类消泡剂用量为0.4%时,体系分散均匀,消泡效果较好。 Influences of modifier, filler, emulsifier and defoaming agent on physical performance and stability of water-base rubber modified asphalt using emulsified asphalt as basic material are studied. The results show that elongation at break and bonding strength of waterproofing coating are better when using acrylic ester polymer emulsion and polychloroprene rubber complex modifier with the ratio 3∶2; talcum powder as filler can successfully distribute to the coating system and obtain good stability; the storage stability is good when the ratio of cationic emulsifier to non-ionic emulsifier is 2 ∶1 and the dosage is2%; when the dosage of organosilicon foaming is 0.4%, the system is dispersed uniformly and the defoaming effect is better.
