摘要
为减少上一代SF_6断路器产生的大气温室效应,应用并推广更具环保性和经济性的ZW59-126/T2000-40型户外高压真空断路器,在某油田电网对其挂网试运行。针对油田电网的特殊性设计了接入方案,即在变电站内增设1台126 k V真空断路器,与原SF6断路器串联运行。在试运行期间对其电流和真空度进行监测和检测,测试结果均满足相关标准要求,单台126 k V真空断路器减少SF_6气体的减排量化效益达25 200元。该断路器适应我国最恶劣自然环境下的工况,本次试运行为断路器产品的性能优化提供了数据资料,为今后高压真空断路器的推广和应用提供了理论基础。
To reduce the atmospheric greenhouse effect caused by the last generation of SF6 breaker,the ZW59-126/T2000-40 outdoor high voltage which has great environmental and economical significant is applied,promoted,installed and trial operated in an oilfield power grid.In view of the particularity of the oilfield grid,the accessed plan is designed,namely,a 126 k V vacuum circuit breaker is added to the transformer substation, which operates with the original SF6 circuit breaker in series.During the trial operation period,the current and vacuum degree are monitored and detected,and the results meet the demand of the relevant standards and requirements.The quantitative benefit of each126 k V vacuum circuit breaker from reducing the emission of gas SF6 is up to 25 200 yuan.The vacuum circuit breaker could adapt the worst natural environment condition in China.The trial operation provides data for optimizing the performance of the circuit breaker and provides a theoretical basis for the future promotion and application of the high voltage vacuum circuit breaker.
