摘要 研究制备了一种粘结性好、抗变形能力突出的聚氨酯建筑密封胶。试验结果表明:2%的异氰酸酯、二羟基聚醚与三羟基聚醚摩尔比取1∶0.4、填料用量是预聚体的1.2倍、2%~3%的触变剂、0.2%的催化剂、3%~3.5%的化学消泡剂,通过分步聚合的合成工艺,可以制得性能符合要求的低模量单组分聚氨酯密封胶。 A polyurethane sealant with good adhesion and outstanding anti-deformation ability was prepared. The results show that low modulus single component polyurethane sealant with required performance can be prepared by step-by-step polymerization, with 2% isocyanate, 1∶0.4 mole ratio of dihydroxypolyether and trihydroxy polyether, 1.2∶1 mass ratio of filler and prepolymer, 2%~3% thixotropic agent, 0.2% catalyst, 3%~3.5% chemical defoamer.
