延长油田“桥式”分队计量体系建设与应用

摘要 延长油田不完善的计量系统导致各生产环节存在不同程度的计量矛盾,影响了生产效率,因此建立一种以分队计量为桥体,以计量技术、信息技术、现代管理为桥墩的"桥式"分队计量体系。汽车拉运原油在联合站进行过磅与在线含水分析仪结合,管输原油在集输系统关键节点进行液量和含水计量,所有计量数据上传服务器信息系统。通过建设计量体系,可解决站与站、队与队之间的计量矛盾,提高单井计量数据准确性,提高生产经营决策水平。 The outstanding metering contradiction caused by the imperfect metering system in Yanchang Oilfield leads to metering contradictions with different degrees in different production links,which affects the production efficiency.Therefore a unit metering system in bridge type is developed with the unit metering as the bridge floor and the metering technology, information technology,modern management as the bridge pier.The crude oil transported by automobiles in multi-purpose stations is metered by combining weighing with the online water cut analyzer,the crude oil transported by pipelines in the key points of the gathering and transportation system is metered by liquid and water cut metering, and all metering data should be uploaded to the information system of the server.Through constructing the metering system,metering contradictions between stations and teams can be solved,and the accuracy of single well metering data can be improved,and the production and operation decision levels can be increased.
