摘要
境外专任教师的引入是我国高等教育师资国际化的重要内容。通过对"985工程"高校官方网站境外专任教师数据的搜集与分析,发现:目前我国境外专任教师的引入虽然仍处于初级阶段,总量较少,但却保持增长态势。境外专任教师队伍在地域、组织机构、学科、职称等方面则呈现出一定的不平衡性。这在很大程度上与全球劳动力市场的形成、金融危机对就业市场造成的冲击、我国政府的引才政策、我国研究型大学国际影响力的提升及其国际化办学战略以及学科知识特性等因素有关。
Importing full-time overseas faculty is an important part of faculty internationalization in China's higher education. Based on data from 985 Project Universities' official website, this study finds that the recruitment of the full-time overseas faculty in China is still on the initial stage, which means the total amount of the full-time overseas faculty is small, but keeps growing. Moreover, there is a certain imbalance in the group of full-time overseas faculty, such as the fields of regions, organizations, disciplines and academic ranks and so on, which to a large extent connects with the formation of the global labor market, the impact of the financial crisis on job market, the talent policies launched by Chinese government, the promotion of international reputation and international strategies of Chinese research universities, and disciplinary characteristics and etc.
