一种无刷直流电机故障诊断及容错控制策略 被引量:1

摘要 针对无刷直流电机在控制过程中存在由于转子位置传感器发生故障而导致电机无法运行的问题,提出了一种故障诊断方法并进行了试验研究。该方法通过检测电机转子位置信号的异常,使系统从有位置传感器模式切换至无位置传感器模式继续控制电机。有位置传感器模式以霍尔信号作为电机转子换相依据,无位置传感器模式以电机三相的反电动势信号为电机转子换相依据。结果表明,该故障诊断方法可以快速的定位故障并选择相应的模式运行,从而实现电机的容错控制。 Rotor position sensor failed when brushless DC motor(BLDCM) was under control, which would contribute to whole system breakdown. For this question, a new fault diagnosis method was put forward and the experiment had been carried out. By detecting the abnormal signal of the non-position sensor mode which keep the motor running. The position sensor mode was based on hall signal and the non-position sensor mode was based on the back EMF signal from motor' s three-phase. The results show that the fault diagnosis method can locate the fault quickly and accurately, and choose the corresponding mode to run, so that the fault tolerance control of the motor can be achieved.
